With all the packed snacks and fast food meals available, it’s easy to give your kids whatever they want to eat. But this doesn’t always result in the healthiest snacks and these foods may contain little to no nutrition. That’s why I tried my best to find not only healthier snacks but also those that are easy to make that even the busiest mom can quickly make! Fruits with a Twist

What you’ll need:

  • Apple
  • Grapes
  • Toothpicks

This creative fruit cars are easy as 1-2-3. All you have to do is cut apples into thin slices, insert a toothpick on both ends and add the grapes on each side. So simple!

This flower snack is very easy to prepare and you can mix and match fruits depending on what’s in season. You can use sliced strawberries for the petals, blueberries for the stem and some cereal as the pot. Don’t forget to use colorful plates or something with a garden design for an even creative snack!
